A person, who fails, though having never had the courage to try something, will never know the meaning of true success.  I say this because you have to have the courage to step into the spotlight.  You have to have the courage to accept responsibility, whether right or wrong.

As leaders, you have to have the courage to stand up for something you believe in and fight for it until there is no more resistance by legally and morally supporting/defending what is right.

It is hard to go against the grain and challenge things, but a leader must have the courage to say and do something at a crucial moment without hesitation or waver.  There is nothing I can’t stand more than when you know what is right and watch a leader stand back and do absolutely nothing because he/she is either too scared or incompetent to actually say or do something about it.
